Today, the Supreme Court will hear the petition of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
The bench comprising Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta will preside over the hearing. Soren has filed this petition in response to the judgment issued by the Jharkhand High Court on May 3, which dismissed his earlier petition.
Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal is representing Hemant Soren in this case.
