Jasleen Oberoi has left JCB India to join KPMG India as General Counsel.
An alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University, Oberoi brings extensive experience in commercial arbitration, corporate litigation, competition law, IT, and general corporate advisory practice. She also has specialized expertise in economic offences, anti-corruption issues, forensic and internal investigations, and external prosecutions.
Before joining KPMG India, Oberoi served as Executive Vice President, Legal and Secretarial, at JCB India for over six years. She has also previously worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Dua Associates.
