Hinduja Tech Acquires TECOSIM Group in €20 Million Deal with JSA’s Support
JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Hinduja Tech Limited on acquiring the TECOSIM Group for approximately €20 million.
JSA’s role encompassed the Indian leg of this global transaction. The team conducted due diligence on TECOSIM Group’s Indian subsidiary, structured the India-related aspects of the deal, and provided counsel on foreign direct investment regulations. JSA also facilitated the negotiation, drafting, and signing of documentation for the India-specific portion and supported closing and post-closing activities.

By integrating TECOSIM’s capabilities, Hinduja Tech aims to enhance its offerings in virtual validation and engineering solutions, strengthening its presence in the automotive and mobility sectors.
