JSA has announced the addition of Brijita Prakash as a Partner. She has joined JSA’s Bengaluru office along with a team of seven senior associates and associates.
With over 25 years of experience specializing in property laws, Prakash has advised clients in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, including Prestige Estates, Brigade Enterprises, and Godrej Properties.
Prakash has been involved in numerous significant transactions in the real estate sector, representing prominent developers and builders in Karnataka. She provides counsel on complex issues related to title, urban development, and regulatory compliance within the real estate industry.
She is well-versed in advising on the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) and proficient in handling consumer disputes and regulatory compliance matters.
Before joining JSA, Prakash was a Partner at DSK Legal and previously at Dua Associates, Advocates & Solicitors.
