AKS Partners has announced the elevation of Ratik Sharma to the role of Associate Partner.
An alumnus of Bharati Vidyapeeth and a member of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), Sharma joined AKS Partners in 2023 as a Principal Associate with a focus on Dispute Resolution. With over eight years of experience, Sharma has built a strong foundation in both litigation and arbitration, working on complex domestic and international commercial arbitrations. His expertise extends across investment agreements, construction, and infrastructure projects.
Commenting on Sharma’s promotion, Managing Partner Sonal Kumar Singh stated, “In a short time, Ratik has made significant contributions to key litigation matters and arbitrations at the firm.
