Ajay Kumar has joined Triumvir Law as a Partner, aiming to enhance the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practice. With over a decade of experience, Kumar brings a wealth of knowledge in arbitration, commercial litigation, and cross-border dispute resolution. His background includes representing clients in complex arbitration cases, particularly in construction, infrastructure, international commercial disputes, white-collar criminal cases, and investigations. He has significant experience in courts across Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Before joining Triumvir Law, Kumar was in private practice, having previously served as a Principal Associate at Samvād: Partners.
