Sudip Mullick, a seasoned lawyer specializing in Real Estate, Construction, and Hospitality, has joined Economic Laws Practice (ELP) as a Partner at the firm’s Mumbai office.
An alumnus of Calcutta University, Mullick transitions to ELP after nearly 30 years at Khaitan & Co. With over three decades of experience, he has represented developers, contractors, and corporate clients in both transactional matters and in disputes resolved through courts and arbitration, particularly in the real estate, construction, and commercial contract sectors.
