Argus Partners bolsters its Bengaluru office by bringing on board three new partners from IndusLaw.

IndusLaw Partners Anindya Ghosh, Ashwin Krishnan, and Anantha Krishnan Iyer are set to join Argus Partners’ Bengaluru office, significantly enhancing the firm’s Corporate and M&A, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Technology, and Media/Entertainment practices.

Krishnava Dutt, Managing Partner at Argus Partners, expressed his enthusiasm about the new additions:

“I am extremely delighted to warmly welcome Anindya, Ashwin, Anantha, and their team to the Argus family. Each of them brings a wealth of experience and dynamic expertise in their respective fields, which will undoubtedly deepen and broaden the services we offer. Their joining is a milestone for us, expanding our Bengaluru presence and further strengthening our corporate practice. We are confident their addition will play a pivotal role in establishing Argus Partners as one of the leading law firms in the city, enabling us to better serve clients with enhanced capabilities and a stronger regional footprint.”

The three partners will be joined by a team of seven lawyers, including one Principal Associate and two Senior Associates. Anindya Ghosh, who joins as an Equity Partner, brings 17 years of experience in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital investments.

Ashwin Krishnan adds considerable expertise in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity/venture capital transactions, having advised clients across industries such as AI, biotechnology, e-commerce, financial services, and technology.

Anantha Krishnan Iyer, with over 11 years of experience, specializes in corporate advisory, cross-border and domestic M&A, restructurings, and private equity/venture capital transactions, working with both early-stage and established enterprises.

Expressing his excitement about the move, Equity Partner Anindya Ghosh stated, “I look forward to joining Argus Partners and contributing to its formidable corporate practice. The Firm’s reputation for excellence in complex corporate matters is well established, and I am eager to add my expertise to this strong foundation.
