Rohan Ghosh Roy has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as an Equity Partner in the Corporate Practice at the firm’s Mumbai office.
A 2008 graduate of NUJS, Kolkata, Roy recently completed his LLM from The University of Chicago Law School. With over 15 years of experience, he has led major cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, managing deals valued at over US$10 billion for prestigious clients.
Roy began his career at Trilegal, where he spent 15 years and was promoted to equity partner in 2015 before making the move to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
