Rohit Dhingra has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as a Partner in the White-Collar Crime Practice at the firm’s Delhi office.
Dhingra, a chartered accountant with a BA LL.B. degree, brings over two decades of expertise in forensic accounting, dispute advisory, litigation support, and investigations into white-collar crime, including FCPA and anti-bribery matters. He has advised clients across various sectors, including e-commerce, retail, infrastructure, healthcare, and renewable energy, on internal audits, risk consulting, and compliance.
Before joining SAM, Dhingra held the role of Managing Director in the Risk Advisory and Investigation practice at FTI Consulting and has worked with Ernst & Young LLP, KPMG, and Genpact.
