Adil Ladha has joined Saraf and Partners as a Partner in the Corporate practice at the firm’s Mumbai office.

A 2011 graduate of GLC, Mumbai, Ladha also holds an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Mumbai, which he earned in 2013.

With over 13 years of experience, Ladha has advised both domestic and international clients on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, general corporate advisory, and employment issues. His expertise spans various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare technology, media, consumer goods, education, and infrastructure.

Before joining Saraf and Partners, Ladha worked with JSA and Quillon Partners.

Commenting on Ladha’s onboarding, Mohit Saraf, Founder & Managing Partner of Saraf and Partners, said, “We are delighted to welcome Adil to our firm. A 2011 graduate of GLC, Mumbai, Ladha further specialized by earning an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Mumbai in 2013.

With over 13 years of experience, Ladha has built a robust career advising both domestic and international clients on various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, general corporate advisory, and employment law. His work spans several industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare technology, media, consumer goods, education, and infrastructure. His expertise in handling complex transactions has made him a sought-after advisor in these sectors.

Before joining Saraf and Partners, Ladha was associated with leading law firms JSA and Quillon Partners, where he honed his skills and reputation in the legal community.
