Krishnayan Sen has joined Antares Legal as a Partner in the firm’s Disputes practice.
A 2006 graduate of the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, Sen has over 18 years of experience in corporate-commercial litigation, commercial arbitration, and insolvency litigation. He is a versatile litigator, representing clients in various courts and tribunals, and routinely handles intricate cross-border commercial disputes.
Sen is qualified as an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and is currently a member of the YSIAC Council at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Before joining Antares, Sen worked at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices and has previously been associated with VERUS and Bharucha & Partners.
