K&S Partners has announced the promotion of Dr. Shachindra Pandey and Sudeshna Banerjee to Equity Partners, effective July 1, 2024.
Dr. Pandey and Ms. Banerjee come from the firm’s Patent and Trademark practices, respectively.
Dr. Pandey, based in Gurugram, brings nearly two decades of expertise in building IP profiles, with a focus on patent drafting and prosecution in life sciences, including bioprospecting, drug delivery, vaccines, and biotechnology.
Ms. Banerjee, based in Bengaluru, has over 20 years of experience excelling in trademark protection and enforcement in foreign jurisdictions, covering trademarks, copyrights, and geographical indications.
